Snorkel, 2019

Bronze on limestone base

28(h) x 38 x 10cm

A snorkeler descends, gracefully gliding Underwater. The freedom of isolation under the waves. Effortlessly floating in other worldy surrounds.

This piece was originally made in plaster, as a model for a bigger piece in stone. Something stood out, I wanted to keep it. I spoke with a great bronze foundry and decided to cast an edition of 9. They turned out great, and are available in blue and gray seen it the photos and a lovely traditional green patina also.
